End User Licence Agreement

Last updated: 19 February 2026

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and EventSwitcher Ltd, trading as Sebiu Labs ("we", "us", "our"), for the use of our software products. By installing, copying, or otherwise using our software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

This EULA should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

2. Licence Grant — Free Products

We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Free Products on any number of Machines for your own professional or personal purposes, at no charge.

Free Products may be used indefinitely without a Licence Key. We reserve the right to change the licensing terms or pricing of any product at any time, but any changes will not retroactively affect your existing installation.

3. Licence Grant — Paid Products

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Paid Products on Machines in accordance with the licence tier you have purchased. Each Licence Key permits activation on the number of Machines specified at the time of purchase (typically one Machine per key unless otherwise stated).

The licence is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (perpetual or subscription, as applicable). Use of Paid Products beyond the Trial Period without a valid Licence Key is not permitted.

4. Trial Period

Paid Products include a 30-day free Trial Period with full functionality. The Trial Period begins on the date you first install or run the Software on a Machine. No Licence Key or payment is required during the Trial Period.

When the Trial Period expires, the Software will cease to function or revert to limited functionality until a valid Licence Key is entered. You may purchase a Licence Key at any time during or after the Trial Period.

5. Licence Activation and Deactivation

Paid Products require activation via Keygen.sh. During activation, the Software sends your Licence Key and a machine fingerprint (a hash derived from your hardware identifiers) to Keygen.sh to verify your licence.

6. Licence Transfer

Licence Keys are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party without our prior written consent. If you wish to transfer a licence, contact us at contact@sebiulabs.co.uk.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

8. Updates

We may release updates, patches, bug fixes, or new versions of the Software from time to time. Updates may be delivered automatically or require manual download and installation, depending on the product.

Updates to Free Products and Paid Products during an active licence period are provided at no additional charge. Major version upgrades (e.g., v2.0) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, which will be communicated in advance.

Lifetime (perpetual) licences include one year of updates from the date of purchase. After the update period ends, the Software continues to work indefinitely on the version installed — no features are removed or disabled. To receive newer releases after the update period, you may purchase a renewal.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will ensure that updates to Paid Products maintain the software's conformity with the contract. We will not push updates that materially reduce the functionality you paid for without reasonable notice and, where applicable, your consent.

9. Data Collection by Software

Our Software collects and transmits the following data:

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Open-Source Components

Some of our products incorporate open-source software components, including but not limited to FFmpeg, which are used under their respective licences (e.g., LGPL, MIT, BSD). These components are copyright of their respective authors.

A list of open-source components and their licences is included with each product (typically in a NOTICES or THIRD-PARTY-LICENCES file in the installation directory). The terms of these open-source licences apply to the respective components and take precedence over this EULA where there is a conflict.

Where required by the applicable open-source licence (e.g., LGPL), source code for modified components is available upon request at contact@sebiulabs.co.uk.

11. System Requirements

We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware configurations, virtualisation platforms, or third-party software. System requirements are provided as guidance and may change with future updates.

12. Disclaimer of Warranty

Free Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Paid Products are supplied in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content supplied under a contract must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described. If digital content is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by this EULA.

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, free of viruses, or compatible with all third-party software and hardware.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits our liability for:

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you under this EULA shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim. For Free Products, our total liability shall not exceed fifty pounds sterling (£50).

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

14. Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first install or use the Software and continues until terminated.

We may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination:

You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Software and deleting all copies. Sections 7, 10, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.

15. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in this EULA affects your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.
